Good news to all Cherry Mobile Magnum 2X users, Cherry Mobile just announced on their Facebook page that the Cherry Mobile Magnum 2X can now be upgraded to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. To upgrade just follow these steps after the jump.
Step 1
- Download the software update - Magnum2X_softwareupdate.zip (119MB)
- Extract the ZIP file.
- Follow the instructions on the Word File - magnum 2x software download manual revised.doc
- Upgrade will start. You can see the progress of the update while you wait.
- Congratulations, your Cherry Mobile Magnum 2X is now updated to its latest software.
