The newly released C6-01 is currently one of the most affordable touch screen Symbian mobile phone in the market that has most of the features that you would want of. With a much smaller screen and a thicker stature compared to the C7, the C6-01 would still be the ideal mobile phone for all those individuals that do not want to invest a hefty amount on mobile phones.
Measuring at 103.8 x 52.5 x 13.9 mm, it comes with a metal battery cover which is sturdy, flex free and makes the phone look all much more in style. At the back you’ll find an 8MP camera that is certainly a plus point that has dual LED flash and capable of handling 720p HD video recording. Besides that, if you’re into video calls there is a front VGA camera that is available right on top of its ClearBlack (CBD) AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Currently the Nokia C6-01 is the first in line to have tried on the CBD display technology.
In terms of connectivity the phone has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. GPS through Ovi Maps and the FM radio option is also available. Hence, taking all these features into consideration, the Nokia C6-01 has practically everything an average phone user would want and need.
Memory wise the phone falls short with only 340MB of internal memory compared to the N8, but it is able to support microSD cards of up to 32GB.
