1. Download VMware Player from the VMware Web site. Right-click the appropriate download link for your Windows machine and save the application to the hard drive of your host machine.
2. The installation wizard will install VMware Player on your computer. To continue, click Next.
3. Select “Yes, I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click Next.
4. Click Next if you want to install VMware Player to C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Player\ folder. Otherwise, click Change to install to a different folder.
5. Ticks your desired shortcuts to be created for VMware Player in :
- Desktop
- Start Menu Programs folder
- Quick Launch toolbar
Click Next to continue
6. If you want to enable the Google searchbar, just select the option and click Next to continue.
7. The wizard is ready to begin installation. Click Install to begin the installation.
8. When the installation wizard has successfully installed VMware Player. Click Finish to exit the wizard.
9. Installation wizard will prompt to reboot your computer. Reboot your computer to complete the VMware Player installation.
