MANILA, Philippines – Digitel’s DSL packages now come with a free cell phone for as low as P999 per month. Plan 999 allows Digitel subscribers to communicate more often using voice and Internet while effectively managing their communication costs.
Subscribers can choose from a lineup of cell phones that includes a My Phone Q19+, Nokia 2330c, My Phone QT7, Samsung Champ, Samsung Genoa and Nokia E63, depending on the availed DSL plan. Free Wi-Fi modems are also available for those who want Internet mobility and convenience.
Digitel has also launched its Triple Unlimited service, a combination of unlimited DSL, landline, and SunTel wireless landline.
Triple Unlimited may be availed for as low as P1,137 per month, inclusive of a free Nokia or LG cellphone for the Suntel wireless landline service.
SunTel, Digitel’s wireless landline service, is also expanding operations to Visayas and Mindanao to provide reliable and affordable ‘‘unli’’ wireless landline service in the area.
Expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2011, the VisMin transmission network will be linked to Digitel’s Luzon transmission facility thereby creating an extensive nationwide communication network.
