I’ve used the free version for some time and has worked extremely well, so of course the most sensible thing is buy the full version and get all the great benefits.

I used to use another virus protection program, but when I had a new hard drive installed the tech told me that the other guys spent more on marketing than product development and suggested the AVG free version. Because my computer is critical to my work, I need the extra protection of the full version of AVG. It which found a couple of registry changes the free version missed. I like that there are updates that keep you protected,too.
