World's Smallest Chobi Mini Digital Camera

|
The Chobi Mini Digital Camera from Japan Trust Technologies measures just 1.7 inches by 1.1 inches by less than half an inch and weighs a featherlight half an ounce.

Despite its petite structure, this snapper boasts functions that put it almost on par with cameras from big brands. The Chobi point-and-shoot captures images at 2,048x1,536 pixels and records videos at 1,280x960 resolution, which is considered high-definition by industry standards.

The camera charges via an included USB cable and can be fully juiced in about 120 minutes. Storage is in the form of microSDHC cards.

And guess what? We dug through stacks of cameras and found out that Canon has its own variation! Here's the proof in a picture:

OK, so that was just a USB drive we got at a Canon press event, but we measured it and it's about the same size as the Chobi Mini Digital Camera.

If you're interested, the Chobi can be had for about $148.
